5. Subscriptions and billing

SEO Tracker AI may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the price, plan, and billing cycle shown at checkout.

You may manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through the dashboard or billing portal when available. Billing and refund details are also described in our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the options available in the service. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Third-party services

SEO Tracker AI may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Google login, Google Search Console, Google indexing-related APIs, hosting providers, and other tools needed to operate the service.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

SEO Tracker AI provides tools and information to support SEO workflows. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic increases, indexing outcomes, revenue, business results, or uninterrupted access to third-party data.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that SEO Tracker AI will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, or third-party service.

10. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using SEO Tracker AI, you agree that we may process information as described in that policy.

11. Intellectual property

SEO Tracker AI, including its software, branding, design, content, and related materials, is owned by TrackerAI LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
