Subscription billing

SEO Tracker AI is offered as a subscription-based software service. Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and price shown at checkout.

Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription from the dashboard or billing portal when available. If you cancel at the end of the billing period, your paid access may continue until the current billing period ends.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially when there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevented meaningful use of the service.

Downgrades

If you downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan, access to paid features may be reduced immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the action selected in the dashboard or billing portal.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support as soon as possible. We will review the charge and help correct verified billing mistakes.
